God’s Whisper

to hear the gentle whisper
the storm within must calm

be still; be at peace
it is here you hear

empty yourself of all the ills
breathe in God’s goodness

let it settle over you
like a soft breeze on a warm day

an oasis of beauty
within each of us
awaiting discovery
claim residence

the serene within grows
as you cultivate the space
expanding God’s peace
into every fiber of your being

creating balance and unity
from inside, out
